HO Craftsman Kit Moltrup Mansion….laser-cut brick texture, custom laser- cut windows…..Tichy windows, includes, templates for assembly….BUT DOES NOT include step by step detailed instructions……while this is not a difficult kit to assemble, prior modeling experience is helpful….footprint approximately 8-1/2”x8”……based on an actual structure still standing in Beaver Falls PA, of the Moltrup Steel family…….internet googles will provide plenty of pictures and interesting history…..one of my modeling friends is a descendent of the Moltrup steel family…..this kit will ship late June/early July……
